Where do I pick up my items for hire?
We are situated at our location in Heidelberg West 3081 where you are able to pick your items up. We may be able to arrange delivery within Melbourne at an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss delivery options.
Can I hire for events outside of Melbourne?
We primarily hire for events within Melbourne, Australia as pick-up is available from our location in Heidelberg West.
How do I secure an item or items for a specific date?
Once your enquiry is sent and the date is confirmed by us, we require full payment plus a $100 bond. Once the hire is complete and the item(s) are returned in their original condition, you will be refunded the $100.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and popular dates. However, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Do you offer discounts for long-term bookings?
Yes! Reach out for special pricing if you're interested in 1, 3, or 6-month rental terms for ongoing events.
